La Jolla Shores, California - July 8, 2006

This was my first southern California dives.  Pretty cool, although it involved a loooong surface swim.  I got to see my first rays (bat rays) on this dive; they are too skittish for me to have gotten any pictures.  Tim made a nice spot of an octo in a hole in the wall.  Overall, this was a nice "first dive" in California.
