Redondo - June 21, 2006
Tim and I did two dives on Wednesday. The primary purpose of the first
dive was to collect a tunicate sample from the pipe boat. I have some
pictures of the tunicate, and video of Tim collecting the sample. And we
looked around a bit after that, so I've included a few more pictures. Our
second dive was a night dive. Always fun at Redondo. We spotted the
usual octos (I got some video of one. Tim noticed that a few of it's
tentacles were shorter than the rest. Interesting.) I got my first
pictures (not very good ones) of a pygmy poacher, and some decent pictures of a
sturgeon poacher. And my first ever clown nudibranch! Fun stuff!
